The Seller shall include with each shipment a copy of the results for the lot or article(s) Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) reports required by the design package, specified in the purchase order, or contained in the terms and conditions. The report shall include the specifications, including revision numbers or letters, which govern the article’s production. Where the specification establishes quantitative limits, the report shall indicate the actual values obtained during testing. Test reports shall include the control identity (e.g., serial number or lot number) of the material(s) or article(s) tested. If the Seller is not the manufacturer, the Seller shall furnish the manufacturer's test report as described above.
