Buyer Right of Entry and Surveillance


Requirements


The Seller, upon Buyer request, shall provide the Buyer, our Buyers, and regulatory authorities access to all facilities involved in this purchase order and all applicable artifacts. The Buyer shall give the Seller 7 days notice prior to a site visit (except in emergency in which case immediate access shall be provided). 

Work performed under this purchase contract is subject to Buyer audits that are reasonable and consistent with industry standards at the Seller and Seller’s subcontractors’ locations. The Buyer’s quality authority may elect to conduct an inspection either on a random basis or to the extent of 100% inspection. The Seller will be notified if Buyer inspection is to be undertaken on specific shipments. No shipments shall be held for Buyer inspection unless notification is received before the product is ready for shipment. Buyer may delegate to or use Representatives to assist Buyer perform permitted audits and inspections.
