During this contract’s performance, the Seller’s quality management system and manufacturing processes are subject to review, verification, and analysis when determined applicable by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and/or, where applicable, other foreign equivalent government agencies (e.q. EASA). The FAA (or other foreign equivalents) review, inspection, or release of the product before shipment is not required unless otherwise notified.
