Parts and Material Certification - Deliverable
Requirements
The Seller shall include with each shipment a certificate that states the parts and materials used in the manufacture of the article(s) furnished under this purchase order/contract were tested, inspected, and found to comply with the applicable parts and material specifications. The certificate shall also include the following information:
- Part number, including revision number or letter, of the item provided.
- Manufacturer's lot identification number of the item provided.
- Name and address of the manufacturer of the material.
- Raw material heat/lot/batch number.
- Material specification, including revision letter or number.
- The Buyer’s purchase order/contract number.
